Taste of Pismo “Bites” – Martin Resort’s Favorite Vendors

When you go to Taste of Pismo, you’ll graze on some of the best food offered on the Central Coast, going perfectly with samples of red and white wine from one of our many fantastic local wineries. Mingling with locals and visitors, you’ll feel refreshed as the sea breeze lightens up the day and the food and wine warm you up. There will be plenty of fun vendors there on April 22nd, so here are our suggestions for the best food stations to stop by and taste the best of Pismo Beach.

Splash Cafe

Splash is a fixture on the Central Coast, and one of the most “beach-friendly” restaurants around – with seafood, clam chowder, and burgers. They are famous for their clam chowder in a bread bowl, and lines for the restaurant generally go out the door and around the block. At taste of Pismo, be sure to pay the Splash booth a visit!

Zorro’s Cafe & Cantina is a great combination of authentic Mexican food and traditional American favorites, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The restaurant has existed for over 25 years, is a favorite of locals, and has many great stories regarding its name and history. Don’t miss trying some great Mexican food at Taste of Pismo, from one of the most-loved restaurants in town!

The Cracked Crab

Seafood, seafood, seafood. You’ll get more than enough of shrimp, crab, and all the creatures under the sea with a visit to the Cracked Crab. Using only the freshest seafood and best ingredients, this is quality fish that you will love to eat during the coastal Taste of Pismo.

Tomasko’s Taffy Shop

Another favorite coastal treat is salt-water taffy, which is created to perfection at Tomasko’s Taffy Shop.
