Martin Resorts’ Coastal Bluff Project

Currently, Martin Resorts is undergoing an ambitious project: restoring, beautifying, and connecting several coastal areas along the bluffs of Pismo Beach. Many areas of Pismo have been harmed and changed by high tides, including the iconic staircase to no-where. It used to connect to Ventana Grill and offered beach access, but was dismantled when it was deemed unsafe due to ocean winds and tides. Now, there’s no way to access the beach besides swimming and kayaking, both of which are dangerous.
