Morro Bay Lighted Boat Parade

The annual Lighted Boat Parade in Morro Bay is a unique holiday favorite on the Central Coast. Snag a spot along the waterfront to watch a procession of the most beautifully-decorated Christmas skiffs, yachts, fishing boats, cutters, sailboats, and kayaks starting at 6:30 p.m. Come a little earlier and enjoy an afternoon of Pre-Parade Festivities including holiday music plus free photos with Santa & Mrs. Claus at Tidelands. Don’t forget your coziest jacket and some delicious hot chocolate for a cozy evening of holiday cheer in Morro Harbor.

Cambria Christmas Market

Yet another famously wonderful display of Christmas lights on the Central Coast occurs each year throughout the month between Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve in beautiful Cambria. The Cambria Christmas Market is a German-style Christmas Market, complete with delicious German hot chocolate, fresh German pretzels, bratwursts, and hot cider. Vendors of Christmas crafts and artisan foods line the fairgrounds leading up to the market’s incredible light display. You will not want to miss out on this brilliant family activity!
