Discover Fun on Highway 1

The 5th Annual Coastal Discovery & Stewardship Celebration allows visitors to do just that, offering almost 40 must-do activities, tours, and wine tastings from January 13th-February 28th that allow travelers to immerse themselves in the unique natural and cultural heritage found along Highway 1. Featuring 10 destinations from as far south as the Arroyo Grande Valley and as far north as San Simeon, there’s fun to be had near all of our Martin Resorts properties! Avila Beach Activities

Adventure awaits in Avila Beach! With close proximity to the Central Coast Aquarium, Point San Luis Lighthouse, and amazing hiking trails, there’s plenty to explore during your time at the Central Coast’s sunniest beach. Los Osos Activities

Los Osos is located near the half-way point of the Central Coast’s Highway 1 Discovery Route. When you stay at Sea Pines Golf Resort during the Coastal Discovery & Stewardship Celebration, you’ll enjoy lodging, an executive golf course, pro shop, restaurant, and spa nestled among grand old pine, cypress and eucalyptus trees at the southern tip of Morro Bay in addition to nearby access to some of the most exciting events in both North and South county:
