This is the highest grade that beef steak can earn, certified by the certified Angus Beef brand that ranks beef with select, prime, and the highest, premium. It refers to the marbling – the little white specks in the meat. The higher the amount of marbling, the better the beef, and ultimately our high ranking means that the quality of beef is the best you can find. Only 1.5% of beef receives this prestigious ranking!
