Fine Dining at The Steakhouse

It’s an obvious choice if you’re staying at the Paso Robles Inn, but the on-property Paso Robles Inn Steakhouse is one of the Central Coast’s most prestigious restaurants. Starting from the quality of the food and ingredients, moving onto the actual experience and atmosphere, dining at the Paso Robles Inn Steakhouse is a premier experience.

Since we’re a steakhouse, we naturally take the quality of the meat we serve very seriously. Paso Robles Inn Steakhouse is proud to serve Premium Certified Angus Beef. This is the highest grade that beef steak can earn, certified by the certified Angus Beef brand that ranks beef  with select, prime, and the highest, premium. It refers to the marbling – the little white specks in the meat. The higher the amount of marbling, the better the beef, and ultimately our high ranking means that the quality of beef is the best you can find. Only 1.5% of beef receives this prestigious ranking!

But, we’re not limited to steak, as good as it is. For dinner, you’ll have the option to choose Baby Back Ribs, Pork Chops, Halibut, Salmon or Pappardelle for the vegetarians. We have a wide menu that speaks to our classic american steakhouse roots, with modern farm-to-table offerings from right here on the Central Coast. Additionally, while you might not associate wine with our “wild west” beginnings, we all know that wine culture is a integral part of Californian culture today. Our large wine list speaks to how we combine our past culture with California’s present culture – and even better, many of our wines are sourced from local wineries just minutes away from the restaurant and inn. This authentic flair at the Paso Robles Inn Steakhouse means that you’ll get a true California “guidebook experience” while also honoring our roots here in Paso Robles.

Another part of the Paso Robles Inn Steakhouse is the atmosphere. We offer sophisticated indoor fireside dining and patio dining as well, perfect for all occasions or any weather. And because we have such a diverse crowd staying at the Paso Robles Inn from all over the state and country, we have a similar variety in what we offer our guests and visitors. There are large menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, served every day. And our Sunday Champagne brunch offers a leisurely and delicious dining experience that is perfect for a lazy weekend.
